這次在新西蘭旅行體驗最差的一次住宿。前臺小姐一副愛搭不理的樣子。，雖然感覺經理領班還是挺努力的，但工作水平有待提高。設施比較舊。只能説對得起這個價格吧。

服務給很差，因為會亂收費，可能這家萬豪有自己的理由。我定了4月15日和20日兩晚。4月16離店後，收了我7塊多新西蘭元，説是吃了一包薯片，但我確認沒有（都沒注意到有minibar），怎麼也是1000多一晚，還要為了一包薯片較勁？所以也沒怎樣。4月20日再次入住，我多個心眼，4月20入住和4月21退房，我都給minibar拍了照片。結果航班上海落地，擔心的事真的發生了：又被收12新西蘭元。那我等著看消費了什麼，這次連賬單都沒了，連唯一自證清白的機會都沒了。你説國際長途電話去扯？還mail來扯？為了幾十塊錢？酒店的確是在市中心，有點老，會接到推銷電話，攜程上能3人入住都有床睡的，不多的酒店之一。3人入住，只給兩雙拖鞋，兩次都是要自己去要……這麼多年，第一次住酒店被惡心到了，而且是離店收的，都沒法舉證。如果有人一定要住這家，建議入住和離店，都讓酒店人員在場，核對清楚了。btw:如果後面來賬單説是3瓶水的錢，那就是我錯怪酒店了。（我15日入住，瓶裝水沒喝，所以不知道要不要收費）

?從同事一起出差，位置好，已經做了一次點評，酒店必須三點以後入住，我們飛機太早，到的早。好在酒店大廳可以休息一下，有沙發區可以躺躺。大廳在裝修局部，有些聲響。好在中午開始提前給了我們房間。倒時差有些難受。

As it is located in CBD, it gets noisy at night. I could hear the noises from outsiide during weekends which was quite annoying. Other than that, above average marriot hotel.

房間稍微小了點，但是環境和設施都很顯檔次，健身房的器材很豐富，酒店附近餐廳很多，去景點也非常方便，總體還是不錯的

這家酒店是我們此行最商務和專業的酒店，因為當天到達的時候比較早感冒很嚴重很難受，前臺二話不説提前給check in了，房間也很大很舒服，點個贊！下次來奧克蘭一定還會來的！而且位置非常好就在市中心樓下走著就可以買很多東西了，比如免稅店，Lululemon，lv等，吃的也很多！

The old hotel has noise from the side room noise. The staff are not friendly. Should not come to rest at all

Windows are surrounded by other buildings with no views. Good to business stays as it is easy to access anywhere in CBD.
