Our stay at JW Marriott Auckland was unfortunately disappointing. Despite being Marriott Club members, we experienced a lack of prompt service throughout our visit. Many of the hotel facilities were under renovation, which we weren’t informed of beforehand, and there was no effort to provide any service recovery or alternative options to compensate for the limited amenities. The delays and lack of attention to detail made our stay feel far below the usual Marriott standard. For a brand known for exceptional service, we expected a much more seamless and accommodating experience. Regrettably, we left feeling undervalued as guests

非常好的入住體驗，地理位置絕佳，出門沒多遠就是碼頭，樓下就是皇后大街，步行天空塔10分鐘，附近有大型超市

房間乾凈衞生，酒店位置很好，離皇後街走路三分鐘，逛街方便，酒店服務員態度和藹，有問必答，耐心細致，房間兩個大床住4人沒問題。

鄰近火車站及市中心，位置十分方便，步行可到達天空塔等地標。房屋乾凈衛生，但略嫌燈光偏向昏暗，酒店似乎在逐步翻新中，但我這次被安排入住舊式房間，還在房間內看見兩本圣經，所以不敢在房間拍照，因為感覺不太良好。

酒店房間比較寬敞，環境不錯，設備略顯陳舊，最好的是地理位置，很方便。
